Upfront Stays Get yours

The price your guest sees is the price they pay.

A booking website for your rental. Yours to keep.

Live calendar synced with Airbnb and VRBO. Card payments through Stripe. Your own domain. Built in about a week for one flat price, with no monthly fee.

Made by a host in East Tawas, Michigan, for my own place first.

What the platforms take

For the nights booked by guests who already know your place: repeat visitors, friends of guests, people who found you on Google.

$918

a year in fees on 30 nights. Booked direct, that stays with you and your guests. The site costs $499 once.

What you get

  • A fast, mobile-first page for your property: photos, description, amenities, house rules, nearby places, and answers to the questions guests always ask.
  • An availability calendar that reads your Airbnb and VRBO calendars every ten minutes, so a date that shows open is open.
  • Upfront pricing for any dates: seasons, weekend rates, cleaning fee, weekly discounts, extra-guest fees, and tax, computed the same way on the page and at checkout. No surprise at the last step.
  • Card payments on Stripe's hosted checkout. Money lands in your own Stripe account. Card details never touch the site.
  • A booking feed back to Airbnb and VRBO, so a direct booking blocks those dates there too.
  • A safety rule: if a platform calendar can't be read, the site pauses card payments and takes a request instead. It can't double-book you.
  • Your own domain, structured data so Google understands it's a vacation rental, and a confirmation page with your check-in details.
  • The source code. It's yours, in your own repository, with a plain-English guide to changing prices and blocking dates.

How it works

  1. Send me your listing link

Airbnb or VRBO. That has almost everything: photos, copy, amenities, rules, pricing.

  2. Review a preview in a few days

You get a link to the finished site on a preview address. We change what you want changed.

  3. Launch on your domain

We connect your domain, set up Stripe together on a fifteen-minute call, link the calendars both ways, and run a test booking end to end.

Most sites are live within a week of you sending the link.

Build and launch

$499 once

  • Everything above, live on your domain
  • Stripe and calendar setup with you
  • Thirty days of tweaks after launch
  • You host it free on Vercel; no monthly fee to anyone

Have me run it

$19 a month, optional

  • I host it, keep it updated, and watch the calendar sync
  • Price and content changes by email, same day
  • Cancel any time and take the code with you

For hosts who'd rather never open a code editor.

You pay when the preview is approved, before launch. Stripe's card fee (about 3%) applies to guest payments, same as any online store.

What it isn't

It isn't a channel manager, and it doesn't replace Airbnb. It sits next to your listings and gives the guests who already want to stay with you a way to book without the platform in the middle.

On direct bookings you collect and remit lodging tax yourself; the platforms do that for you on theirs. The site adds the tax line at checkout and keeps it separate in Stripe so filing is a five-minute job, but it is your job.

And it won't bring strangers to your door by itself. It works for repeat guests, referrals, and the "book direct" link you put in your Airbnb welcome message and your listing's host profile.

Who's behind it

I built this for my own three-bedroom ranch in East Tawas before I offered it to anyone else.

I'm Arhant, a software engineer and a host on Michigan's Sunrise Side. I wanted repeat guests to be able to book my place without paying a service fee to a platform, and I wanted a calendar I could trust. Nothing off the shelf did both without a monthly bill, so I built it, and now I build it for other hosts.

The live site for my place is the demo. Every site I build starts from the same code, so what you see there is what you get.

Questions

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. You send a listing link, review a preview, and join one short call for Stripe and the calendars. Later changes are one file, or one email to me.

Where does the money go?

Straight into your Stripe account, minus Stripe's card fee. I never hold or touch guest money. You refund, cancel, and see every booking in your own Stripe dashboard.

How does it avoid double bookings?

It reads your Airbnb and VRBO calendars every ten minutes and again at the moment a guest pays. Paid direct bookings publish to a feed those platforms import. If a calendar can't be read for any reason, card payments pause automatically until it can.

Can I change prices, seasons, or block dates myself?

Yes. One file holds all of it, with a guide. Or email me and it's done the same day on the monthly plan.

What if I already have a website?

I can replace it, or add the booking page under your existing domain and link the two.

Do I own it?

Yes. The code lives in a repository under your account. If we part ways, everything keeps working.

What does it cost to run?

Hosting on Vercel's free tier costs nothing for a site this size. A domain is about $12 a year. Stripe charges its card fee per payment. That's it.
